Technology-Based Simulations

An analysis of recent demand-side research suggests that corporate training professionals have a collective affinity toward  technology-based simulations as an individual and organizational  enabler.  The use of technology-based simulations is nearing an inflection point in corporate education.  However,  there are several conditions that need to be met before this next generation of elearning reaches epidemic proportions. IDC believes that continued efforts on the part of producers and consumers of simulations  over the next four to six years will help realize these conditions and facilitate further acceptance.
